3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments can be made securely via our authorized payment partners (Razorpay, PayU, or UPI).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery timelines vary by location (usually 5–8 business days within India).
• Delays caused by courier or customs are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, returns or exchanges are not accepted once opened.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Support@accordscents.com within 48 hours of delivery with images for assistance.
