Each perfume from AccordScents is freshly blended and bottled to order, ensuring optimal fragrance quality and longevity.
Because our perfumes are made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.
1. Order Confirmation
Once you confirm your order and payment is received, production begins immediately.
We are unable to modify, cancel, or refund made-to-order perfumes after this stage.
2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:

Our perfumes are packed in eco-friendly cloth bags and bubble-wrapped securely to minimize environmental waste.
Some website visuals may display box packaging for representational purposes only.
Your perfume will always arrive in our signature reusable cloth pouch with full-quality assurance.
5. No Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept product returns once the seal is broken or the perfume has been used.
We cannot resell or reuse returned fragrances as they are blended fresh per customer order.
