Delivery & Shipping

At AccordScents, every perfume is handcrafted and made to order, ensuring freshness, quality, and attention to detail in every bottle.
We take pride in delivering your order safely and efficiently, in partnership with Shiprocket — our trusted logistics provider.

Order Processing

• Once you place an order, it enters our blending and preparation stage.
• Processing      time: 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You will receive an email or WhatsApp update with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via Shiprocket, which automatically selects the      most reliable courier partner (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, India Pos etct)      based on your location.
• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch (depending on region).
• For remote or rural pin codes, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
• Tracking information will be shared once the shipment is in transit.

Shipping Charges

• Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2000.
• A nominal shipping fee may apply for smaller orders or Cash-on-Delivery (if available).

Packaging

Each order is packed with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery.
Your perfume bottles are securely wrapped in multiple layers of protective bubble wrap, then placed in durable outer packaging to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
We also incorporate eco-conscious materials wherever possible to reduce environmental impact.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier network issues, weather conditions, or incomplete addresses.

We currently deliver across India only.
